Bouchon Racine x The Fat Badger
On Thursday 20th August, we’re welcoming the team from Bouchon Racine to The Fat Badger for a one-night-only dinner, with acclaimed chef Henry Harris leading the kitchen.
Hidden above a 300-year-old pub in Farringdon, Bouchon Racine has earned a reputation for its generous, unfussy take on classic French cooking, inspired by the bouchons of Lyon and the bistros of Paris. Expect a menu that celebrates exceptional ingredients, timeless technique and the simple pleasures of eating well.
Dishes include Gougère with Ossau-Iraty and Noir de Bigorre, Turbot with Champagne velouté and caviar fleuron, Roast Basque chicken with girolles and tarragon, and Framboise Marguerite d’Anjou.
